Wet Hot American Summer is about a summer camp, Camp Firewood, on the last day of camp and the unfinished business everyone has to take care of before the summer ends. The movie follows several subplots including the camp directors love affair with an astrophysics associate professor, and a camper who hadn’t taken a shower all summer!
This is not your average comedy A lot of the time it was genuinely funny, but other times you were laughing at them laughing at a dumb joke! This was a relatively low budget film, and I don’t know if anyone really saw it in theatres But its a real interesting movie to see.
So, to sum it up, this was a ineresting movie. Funny, well most of the time, with a good plot right up until the piece of Skylab falling to earth part! There were times when the jokes were dumb, but I don’t really think they were meant to be funny at all! See it its original!
