Collateral Damage is the story of a fireman who loses his wife and son in a bombing. Because of certain political pressures the government stops trying to find the bomber, a famous terrorist known as The Wolf. Frustrated by the sudden halt of the investigation, this grieving father and husband will take the law into his own hands and bring justice to The Wolf.
Touches some very sensitive subjects (I’ll let you decide the rest!) Very exciting! They had some basic action, and they threw in some mystery, it made for a different ending than one might expect! It had some pretty good dialogue for an action movie.
I’m not a big Schwarzenegger fan. I realize that this role was really meant for him, but I’d still rather see someone else. (At least in this one he wasn’t a father trying to bring his son the perfect toy!)
In conclusion,
This was a fun movie simple, straight forward, exciting, and suspenseful. Its not for everyone, but if this is your genre, THIS is your movie!
