War Machine – James “Rhodey” Rhodes. A US Air Force pilot who took over one of his friend Tony Stark‘s armor. The armor allows him to fly, Increases his strength and endurance, and it is equipped with various types of weapons. War Machine often fights alongside Iron Man and the other Avengers. Appears in Marvel comics, MCU (Marvel cinematic universe) movies and video games. He was initially played in the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) movies by Terrence Howard (in the movie “Iron Man”), but in “Iron Man 2” he was replaced by Don Cheadle.
