The gorgeous acting trio of Fassbender-Whickander-Weiss, wonderful music and camerawork . The screenplay is based on the novel of the same name by M.L. Steadman, which tells the story of a couple – Tom Sherborn and his wife Isabel. One day they rescue a baby girl, They decide to adopt the baby girl, but the consequences of their choice can become very unpredictable, especially when they meet a woman who has lost her own daughter.
