The movie “Pyar Ke Do Naam” by Danish Javed is one such film where a different view of storytelling has been given, it releases on 3rd May in theatres. It seems like a cute love story but when you watch the movie you will also see Gandhi and Nelson Mandela’s clash of thoughts.
This film gives love a new definition; it is a unique love story of this era. The actors from famous TV shows like “Kasautii Zindagii Kay” fame Bhavya Sachdeva and Ankita Sahu from “Naagin 6” have performed brilliantly in the film. The story revolves around Kabir and Saima who are madly in love with each other, they get selected for managing university hospitality at ‘Shanti’ seminar held at Aligarh Muslim University. Kayra Singh and Aryan Khanna participate in this seminar representing their universities sent to present their research work on Gandhi and Nelson Mandela ideologies; they want to win Shanti Award which will decide their career in the university whether they win or lose.
There comes twist in the story when two lovers start fighting over difference between their thoughts about life but what these people don’t understand is that if it’s love then they should stay together forever as said by Kayra while according to Aryan till there is love we would be together only after that companionship ends. To know more about end part one should definitely go for watching this film. In Pyar Ke Do Naam I am eager to see whose perspective wins out of these two views on what constitutes an ideal relationship based upon affection.
The movie is based on tagline “For Each Other” or “With Each Other”, Danish Javed (director) has very well directed this modern day love story where he brings into picture different loves seen through eyes of Nelson Mandela & Mahatma Gandhi along with his contributions towards music by writing songs on them as well with Vasim Bareilvi where singers like Javed Ali, Ritu Pathak, Swati Sharma and Raja Hasan lent their beautiful voices for its tracks.
The chemistry between Bhavya Sachdeva and Ankita Sahu seems quite natural in the film, credit goes to director Danish Javed for their commendable performances; be it fighting scenes or love making or songs everything is just perfect they both have done an amazing job so do Kanika Gautam & Achal Tankwal as supporting actors.
Another good point about this movie is its heart-touching and memorable dialogues like “We live in a society where there is no place for love” or “The society needs change not transformation” or “Never try someone’s love like this; it hurts the heart” etc. make story more impactful. The music of the film is very melodious & sweet. The whole film has been shot at Aligarh Muslim University.
Danish Javed’s Pyar Ke Do Naam movie is a must watch cinema because through his excellent direction skills he narrates beautiful feelings & emotions attached with love which provides different experience to people of all age groups due to outstanding acting performances by entire cast which includes some breathtaking scenes alongwith well crafted screenplay combined with soulful music that touches your heart deeply throughout the entire duration of this wonderful piece of art created by him.
