Jatt Nuu Chudail Takri Movie Review
The film revolves around Gippy Grewal as Jallaludin who thinks all women are evil and calls them ‘chudail’. On an outing with his married friend, he convinces them to divorce their wives but falls in love with Rani (Sargun Mehta). He marries her within a week only to find out she’s a ghost (chudail). What will Jallaludin do next? Can he fight against Rani or will he be scared into submission? You’ll have to watch at cinemas near you 😉 It’s gonna make you laugh so hard while keeping you at the edge of your seat!
Also, Vikas Vashisht the man behind hit comedy show “Yaar Mera Titliaan Warga” is directing this one. Vashisht is known for being able to bring out the best in actors through his direction and crafting gripping stories that keep viewers hooked till the very end. A promising plot has been penned by Amberdeep Singh & Vikas himself which keeps Punjabi cinema going with its new age ideas and content.
Now let’s talk about acting. This movie stars none other than acclaimed actor-director singer GIPPY GREWAL! He has really put in everything he’s got into this one guys! Watching him play such a funny character makes you want to know what happens next, his comic timing with emotional scenes just makes our love for him grow even more.
Not only that but we see the very talented and gorgeous Sargun Mehta turn into a ‘chudail’ for Jatt Nuu Chudail Takri. She has never been seen like this before in her career as an actor! Her boldness & bravery shown throughout the film really caught our attention. Rani as a character won over our hearts especially because all of her looks are so on point every desi girl can relate to falling in love with this beautiful chudail!
Apart from them, BN Sharma and Nirmal Rishi have done their usual magic to bring life in the story through their dialogue delivery and acting skills. But let me say this, Amrit Amby & Deedar Gill did amazing job on big screen along side supporting cast like Nisha Bano, Mintu Kapa, Pawan Johal, Mannatt, Harpreet Waliya etc.
In the film, all the characters are not extra or over imposing, each of them has a good share of screen space which makes the screenplay more interesting.
Finally, one more thing that should be mentioned about the film is its music. The film’s music contains five songs that have already won people’s hearts and let me tell you, it is worth all the hype. Songs such as Parindey, Nabbe Nabbe, Hayee Boo, Dil Nu and the title track have raised anticipation levels for when this album will drop. All these songs have become hearts and trends on social media. The soundtrack of this movie perfectly matches its tone thereby heightening up your whole cinematic experience, sometimes you wanna tap your foot, other times you wanna hold your lover’s hand.
Overall Jatt Nuu Chudail Takri is a movie that gives you love laughter brightness but most importantly sticks to your seat throughout. It’s a mixture of spice and sweet in one film that will not only entertain you but also teach beautiful lessons about love women family etcetera with messages, It’s a must watch horror family drama so grab your loved ones because this is something you don’t want to miss out on.
