Movie Review
“The critics described Antonia as a kind of feminist kazka, because the main heroines want to be so independent from the male sex. The film is set over the course of 40 years and tells the story of five generations of a family of women, and the head of their unusual family, Antonia. By the way, in 1996 the picture caused a sensation at the Oscar ceremony, all because it became the best foreign language film.
